Air Freight Manifest System (AFMS)

A value-added service enabling airfreight operators to file consol manifest (FHL) electronically in advance to Indian Customs through common gateway – ICEGATE from anywhere in India and Abroad.

AFMS enables Airlines and Freight Forwarders (Consol Agents) to file consol manifest in both ICES 1.0 and ICES 1.5 versions.

Significant features of AFMS are :

  • Login based accounts
  • AFMS Simple web interface for preparing Master Airway Bill and House Airway Bill data
  • AFMS Transmit the consol manifest to Indian Customs (ICEGATE)
  • AFMS ICEGATE Acknowledgements receives in your configured e-mail account
  • AFMS Updates records based on the acknowledgement received from ICEGATE.
  • AFMS View history of transmitted consol manifest data
  • AFMS Files prior and post amendments against filed consol manifest.
